Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, operated its IT infrastructure on both AWS and Azure (multi-cloud setup) and faced several challenges: Employee participation in training programs was low, resulting in insufficient knowledge retention. In addition, the existing platform required time-consuming administration and updating. To address these issues, we targeted young, tech-savvy employees who appreciated a playful approach to training. The aim was to make the training content more engaging and increase employee motivation through gamified learning approaches.
Game On: Our innovative LMS for playful training
We developed an innovative gamified learning management system (LMS) based on the powerful Unity game engine. This solution seamlessly integrated cutting-edge game mechanics into training programs to increase motivation and engagement among young, tech-savvy employees. Through exclusive gamification elements such as dynamic progress bars, customizable badges and unique rewards, we created a fun and interactive learning experience that was unparalleled in the world of gamification. In order to optimize the technical basis of our gamified learning management system (LMS), we focused on the following main points.
Use of Unity
To create an interactive and engaging user interface that made learning fun and entertaining.
Seamless integration
The integration of the LMS into the company's existing IT infrastructure, which operated on both AWS and Azure, was ensured by using APIs and web services that enabled smooth communication between the systems.
Data analysis
