With more intuitive Software from start to finish: A Quantum leap for Travel agencies.
Amadeus was faced with the task of developing new front-end software for its travel agencies. The aim was to create an intuitive user experience that would improve booking and administration processes while meeting the complex requirements of modern travel agencies. The existing system was outdated, offered an outdated user interface and had difficulties integrating new functions.
Our solution: a completely redesigned front-end software with modern architecture, powerful functions and an aesthetically pleasing user interface that is both intuitive and functional.
The previous front-end solutions from Amadeus no longer met the requirements of modern travel agencies. They were complex when it came to integrating booking, payment and administration functions and were prone to errors. User-friendliness also left a lot to be desired: less intuitive interfaces made the work of travel agency employees more difficult, led to longer training times and increased support costs. The limited compatibility on various end devices was particularly problematic - a decisive disadvantage in an increasingly mobile working environment.
Our solution approach began with a targeted analysis focusing on the needs and requirements of travel agencies. In intensive workshops and user feedback sessions, we gained deep insights into the existing challenges and wishes of the end users. This iterative approach enabled us to develop functions and designs that are not only convincing on paper, but also in real use.
For the UI/UX design, we relied on modern, proven principles to create a visually appealing yet functional interface. Intuitive navigation, clearly structured layouts and a powerful search function were key elements. The result: a system that not only looks good, but is also effortless to use.
